IEC 62196-3 Overpressure Test System | 1.0–10.0 Bar EV Liquid Cooling Leakage Tester

Product Information

This overpressure test system fully complies with the test requirements specified in Clause AA.38.6 of IEC 62196-3:2026 and Clause 101.6 of IEC 62196-3-1:2022. It is designed to conduct pressure leakage tests to verify the sealing performance of liquid cooling components with a volume below 10 liters.

Equipped with a booster pump, the system can output adjustable high pressure to validate the pressure withstand capability of test samples against different rated pressure specifications. The complete unit consists of an electrical control subsystem, a precision pressure regulation subsystem and a water storage tank. Workpieces are manually mounted and plumbed for testing.
