The flexibility testing apparatus is designed and manufactured according to requirements of IEC62196-1: 2022 clause 26.4 table 14, IEC60309-1: 2012 clause 24.4 figure 9, etc.

 

Equipment Structure


 

The Flexibility Testing Apparatus is specially developed in accordance with IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 26.4 table 14 and IEC 60309-1:2012 clause 24.4 figure 9, designed for conducting mechanical flexing endurance tests on vehicle plugs, socket-outlets, and non-rewirable couplers.

Equipped with a PLC control system and a 7-inch color touchscreen interface, the equipment ensures intuitive operation and precise control. A servo motor drives the flexing motion, allowing operators to preset the angle, speed, and number of cycles directly on the screen. The test runs automatically based on the configured parameters, and the system will stop and alert once the target cycle count is reached.

This apparatus features high-accuracy digital display, efficient variable frequency control, precise speed adjustment, and six-digit memory settings. Its multi-purpose modular fixture and rotating center alignment tool enhance testing flexibility, while the built-in load function can provide test voltage to samples during operation.

With its advanced automation, reliable accuracy, and versatile design, this system is an ideal solution for manufacturers and laboratories seeking compliance verification and durability testing of EV connectors.
